Hi RTB friends,

Important announcement regarding refunds for RTB 2022.

We have been working really hard to get these processed and we have endeavoured to email each and every one of you at least once. As it stands at the moment, about 90% of the requests have been sorted and refunded. A massive thanks goes out to all those amazing people who chose to roll over their tickets to our future events, those who chose to support Steel Paws Festival and Springfest UK instead of requesting a refund and those kind souls who were in a position to donate their ticket money towards the costs of the cancellation. We are deeply grateful to you all.

Emails. We know some of you have been waiting for further email replies for a while. We process those in batches and our November batch hasn’t been done yet. If you are waiting for a reply, you are probably in that batch so it won’t be long. We would like to let you know that we cannot keep the refund process open indefinitely. We would like to draw a line under this and concentrate on the future of RTB. Therefore, the cut-off date for requesting a refund for RTB 2022 is going to be the 30^th of November. If you haven’t done so already, please send us an email request to [email protected] and we will respond with your refund options.

Please note that we cannot process any refunds if you don’t email us. We have to keep the records correct and the only way to do this efficiently is to use emails. We can’t keep track of Facebook page messages, comments or private messages to Steve and Zhany, nor can we use them for processing the refunds.

Some of you must be waiting to hear what is happening behind the scenes with regards to the RTB future. Rest assured, this is not the last you will be hearing from RTB or the team. An official announcement will be out soon enough. As always, much love from us to you all. You, bowlers, are the best festival community out there. Your support for us and the team has been amazing and we thank you.
